Contact Evesham if you still haven't got them. They're pretty reliable with their auctions and delivery. ( well they're a bit slow delivering new pcs ).
I had problems once because they'd typed in my credit card details wrong.

Following on from my post on this I noticed that there were several people who bought a number of copies each (presumably to keep them from destruction). As there are still people who post on these sites looking for a copy of Drakan perhaps we could have a thread where those with multiple copies can...

I didn't find them annoying - I was just stupid enough to think my pc was freezing up when they first happened.

Sneak into it's hollow with Arokh, then sidestep right in front of it and blast it with secondary flame. You'll take a couple of hits but what the hell.

I'm not having trouble getting through it - just want to know if anyone managed to kill the knights in the cellar beneath the Kavoh town withput using up too many spells.

Has anyone found a cheap way to kill the knights in the cellar without using up loads of spells?

Having a lot of fun with the excellent Azenera. Stormed the old Kavoh fortress without a weapon or armour. Anyway,went back and killed everyone but there's a trelllis gate blocking the way into some caves which I couldn't get passed. Moved on to the dragon fields level now but is it worth my going b...

If anyone hasn't got the original Drakan game it can be had for a mere £2 at evesham.com - click on the auction site which is in the home pc section. It's the official game, new (NOT pirate) but you'll have to download the manual as it's disk only.

OK. I'VE BEEN VERY THICK. I UNZIPPED THE PATCH AGAIN, OVERWRITING THE ORIGINAL FILES AND REINSTALLED THE PATCH. SAME FREEZE ON TEXT. I PRESSED EVERY BUTTON TO NO AVAIL - THEN I PRESSED THE SPACE BAR. DOH!!! IF ANYONE THINKS THEY'RE HAVING THE SAME FREEZE UPS ON TEXT JUST PRESS THE BLOODY SPACE BAR! ...

Pretty sure I have the full game installed. I've unzipped the levels to their correct folders. I was in developer mode. The levels loaded and played until text appeared on the screen. I have 256Mb ram so it's not this. I'll try downloading the patch from Arokhs Twin but I think the original download...
