poor game really... Dragons can only fly - not land/start/run/walk... the world design is also poor... it is mostly action game - the rpg elements are exist, but the world interaction is poor straightforward killing anything following the order of humans - it is a shame... the small russian gamedev ...

after you see grey 3d window with a brush you need to position the camera close to the objects you want to see... if camera is too far from anything the image is completely fogged out as in Drakan game engine i think... to position camera in 3d view window use camera tool from Editor and fly-control...

i think you need lots of hacking to export stuff you want from D-TAG and convert it to D-OOTF format and possibly add additional functionality to D-OOTF engine to support new features... i think sometime we will have a sources of D-OOTF in some way and hacking will be easier...

i think the simplest way is to use REO import plugin for 3DSMAX and exporting in 3DS format from 3DSMAX... unfortunately current plugins builds works only with versions 3,4,5,6 3DSMAX and not with newer versions... for REC models you can convert only mesh (not skeleton or weighting data) - to do it ...

1. you have to change vertex type to some kind of water (still or any else)... select vertices of water with vertex editing tool in layer editing mode and open instance properties window... 3. try to use Match Vertices... Ctrl+M command of the layer right-click menu or in Layer group of main Editor'...

make a copy of database files in separate folder and rename them in some way... after renaming you can copy the files back to the your level's folder and add new database to the level if needed...

oh - i remember that feature: textures from MP pack has blue areas as color-key for engine to replace with MP player's armor color... so for SP leather armor you really need to replace 'fill' texture with exported from database but i think you can use alpha maps from MP pack if they required... also...
