Usually, no. Screenshots are allowed but stuff like concept art etc, needs developer / publisher permission. Sony are VERY particular about this, that's why there are no official D: TAG images or screenshots on this site. I did ask for permission from Sony twice but I never got any reply; Surreal software said it was fine by them but the name 'Drakan: TAG' is a trademark of Sony and hence anything to do with it is their interlectual property.
