What is the condition to get it? I already sold 3 of them to the blacksmith, is it still ok.

I haven't got the fire blade yet, just completed Shiverbane.

BTW, how much does it cost?

Yes, you're good. Just getting them in the storyline is all that's important. You could throw them away as soon as you get them, as long as you get them.
Once you get the last blade, Mournbringer will be the final item in Brekk's inventory.
