How can I make npc's not attack me and attack other npc's

Other than just scripting (read: faking it) with STOMP there isnt a way...they will attack each other if they inadvertantly hurt one another while going after Rynn but you cant force that to happen without some clever level design. You may not be able to do whatever it is you are trying to do....but it sounds interesting.
