Drakan Won't Install

I've been trying to play the game again but every time I try to install it, the setup hangs up in Task Manager and nothing happens after that. I'm using Win 8 and I have tried all compatibility options and I'm running it as admin. Any ideas on how to get it to install?

Maybe moving instaled game and then use generated program for adding it into computers registers?
I used it, when I moved AVP2 from one PC to another. (broken DVD-ROM)

....Oh, sorry, they donť have Drakan yet, but if you write them, they maybe can create it.

I solved it by using creating a virtual machine with windows XP, installed it there and after that I just moved the files.

And it really worked? I tryed that once, because of export of models from game by some program for extraction, but the game didn't worked...
