as soon as u walk into the room where the traitors were slain, take a right and and the door will open, continue thru and a secret wall will open....then from there on u will find a deactivated portal, go back the way u came and into the throne room, fight the traitor and u will recieve further instructions from Maschala

so that last lever that u find in the truth seers back passage opens what i was told it helps to open the skull cave over in ravenshold. i have the code to open that (South East West North ect.) but im not so sure i dont own the game so it will be a while before i can check it out

Olag - The levers that switch around town open up a door within the castle, which allows you to access a lot of treasure.
