Installation wont go through

I've tried to install Drakan four times on my computer but it keeps on making an error and closing near the end of the installation. I am running Windows XP and have tried installing in compatability mode for Win 95 and 98 but with no luck. Can anybody help me with this?

I got it in Victoria, BCbut im not sure about the store name, but it's worked before. I've had it for about 2 years now and this was the 1st time I've tried to install on Win XP.

I got the game to work, but thank you for hte help. if anybody else gets this problem start the install by using the windows add/remove programs thing.
