Hmm, I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right section.
Anyways, I'm having a little problem with Drakan: Order of the Flame.
I can't hear any voices and neither any SFX[B)]! I can hear music though[:D].

Does anyone know how to fix this[?]...

Waiting for your answer,

I have heard of this before. What operating system are you running and what are your system specs?

Operating System: Windows XP Professional(version 2002)
Soundcard: Realtek AC97 Audio
RAM: 512 MB
Graphics card: nVidia GeForce 5800

What else must I tell you?

The realtek sound chip would be my guess; drakan is picky about the less known sound chipsets. Check to see if the latest drivers are installed and also try disabling 3D sound effects in the Drakan engine options. These cause numerous problems on some modern soundcards.

Hmm...
I tried shutting down the 3D stuff, but it wont work...
I don't think it's the soundcard for I have played Drakan with SFX with this very soundcard.
Is it necessary to install Drakan: OOTF in the standard directory?
You see, I've discovered that when you install drakan in a folder with a space in the name, the sound file address isn't correct.
For example, I had my game installed in E:\Drakan - Order of the Flame\.
I went to the sound directory of Ruined Village(E:\Drakan - Order of the Flame\Mountain World\Ruined Village\) and opened the Ruined Village.sdb file.
It said:
E:\drakan\Mountain World\Ruined Village\Ruined Village.sdb logfile instead of E:\drakan - order of the flame\Mountain World\Ruined Village\Ruined Village.sdb logfile !
