intermissions, where they belong?

between every map except first and last there is intermission (I call it this way due to lack of better word) where you choose which map you can play next

now, question is: where they belong? to the next map? or the last one, you've just finished.
question isn't trivial because I'm making run (some maps I recorded already) and want it publish in 14 parts - every map separately and in this case my question is important - if it was in one piece it obviously wasn't
