Anyone know where I can find Drakan:TAG audio files? For example; wavs of character voices and such?

They are generally not available unless you put the game DVD into your PC and extract the files somehow. Even then the files are likley to be written for the PS2 and will not play on a PC. However, the guy who did the music for the game has a website with a couple of tracks that did not make it into the game. I have these if you want them.
BTW check your email address, its not a valid address and your registration and subscription emails will bounce.
