Navaros Nightmare (project continued)
Today I would like to annouce the continuation of the project ´´Navaros Nightmare´´
The first preview of the game looks was released 10 months ago, showing how the main menu design is going to look. In the next couple of days I´m going to release another video showing the game settings indept, to show that all functions of the menu work properly.
I also created a website and a youtube channel showing my work on the game.
Website: https://www.navarosnightmare.com/
Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@navarosnightmare
10 months ago i stopped the project due to lack of free time.
This game is going to be made in Unreal Engine 5 with excellent graphics

Re: Navaros Nightmare (project continued)
Menu looks good so far. Like to see it develop into a full game.

Re: Navaros Nightmare (project continued)
I would like to show which potions are going to be in the game.
If you have any ideas which potions I should avoid or add, please let me know.
Small life potion (adds a small amount to your life bulb)
Big life potion (adds a big amount to your life bulb)
Berserk potion (allows the main character to throw fast attacks and take less damage)
Lost soul potion (makes the main character invisible for a short time)

Re: Navaros Nightmare (project continued)
So today I would like to show you some screenshots ( widescreen )
Maybe next week I can show you some gameplay.
Looking forward to finish the game next year if everything works as planned.

This looks really good. Are you planning to eventually sell it on Steam or similar?
Re: Navaros Nightmare (project continued)
Not sure yet if I’m going to sell it or make it free.
Depends on the money amount I put in the project.
I already have invested good money in it and planning to invest much more.
If everything goes right, the game release will be in December 2024
Also planning to take it to steam

Re: Navaros Nightmare (project continued)
Hello again !
I have just finished first moving animations for ´´Navaros Nightmare´´ including (jogging, sprinting, jumping, crouching, and dodging)
You can watch them on my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5LySUcfadQY
There are still some bugs that need to be fixed, like the ´´jump exit´´ animation, where the character puts his arms strangely behind his back.
What do you think of these.
Next step is going to be making working animations with melee weapons and in game Items
