i read back to Lady Mschala's question about the red barriers. i didn't bother with the floor pads and bows...heres an easier way...aim ur lightning spell at the red orb and let loose a few shocks, brings it down fairly easy.

You can also do this when getting the Clineschmidt's Blade. If you do the trick where you use L1 (or R1, I forgot off-hand which allowed you to collect items) to gather nearby items and you maneuver Rynn to avoid picking it up. Make your way out of the barriers range and the skeletons should pop up upon collecting the weapon. Then use your lightning spell to snipe at them through the barrier.
